Practice in a variety of ways:

1. Directly: Print on smooth paper, and write on directly on the pages. Because this is Faux Calligraphy, you are able to use any tools, including the most basic printer paper and pencil. No fancy paper or pens necessary!

2. Tracing: Print on any quality paper, but use tracing paper (over a light pad or not) to trace over the letters.

3. Digitally: Open the PDF on your iPad or tablet and screenshot each page of the workbook (zoom in if needed). Then in Procreate, use the "Photo" function to open your screenshots and voila! There are loads of free calligraphy brushes you can download online. I use the “Technical Pen” (6% Thickness) provided by Procreate.
